Navigate Common Questions.
The journey with ABA Therapy is a voyage, not a race... We're here to guide your way!
Learn More About Our ProgramABA therapy helps children learn to communicate, build social awareness, and develop flexibility. At Brightwork, we use a naturalistic, play-based approach. We follow your child's lead, turning their interests into learning opportunities.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment to recommend a schedule based on your child's needs. Comprehensive programs range from 25 to 40 hours per week, while focused programs for specific goals are 10-25 hours per week.
Children without a diagnosis can access our PEERS® Certified Social Skills Program. To access insurance-funded ABA therapy, a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is required from a psychologist, neurologist, or developmental pediatrician. If you suspect your child may be on the Autism Spectrum but hasn't been diagnosed, we can refer you to trusted diagnostic partners in the South Bay.
